Morava - Serbian Folk Dance Ensemble

Serbian Folk Dance Ensemble “Morava” was founded in 1954. Named after the Morava river which flows through the central part of Serbia, the folk dance ensemble Morava is the oldest Serbian folk dance group in Australia. Through its long history it has trained thousands of young Serbs in the colorful traditions of Serbian dance and music heritage. Last year the ensemble toured Europe and is now preparing for the tour of China. Ensemble Morava is led by Artistic Director and Choreographer Slobodan Bendjo.
